　　报告内容：JT-60SA is a fully superconducting tokamak device jointly designed, built, and exploited by Japan and Europe under the Broader Approach Satellite Tokamak Programme, and under the Japanese national programme. JT-60SA is the largest tokamak ever built before ITER and it can provide essential information for risk mitigation towards the D-T operation in ITER but as well explore new routes for the optimization of the DEMO design.

　　JT-60SA carried out its first operation phase in 2023, becoming the largest operational tokamak in the world. Following this first operation, a 2 years phase of upgrading will lead to the so-called initial research phases I and II, in which key plasma scientific aspects will be explored.

　　The recently appointed experiment team is in charge of the preparation of the JT-60SA experimental programme and it has undertaken several activities in view of a better preparation of the initial JT-60SA experimental campaigns in order to fully exploit the new technical capabilities of JT-60SA when starting the second operation phase.

　　In this seminar, the characteristics, objectives and status of the JT-60SA project will be shown and discussed in the context of the path towards fusion energy production.
